All our student share houses are inclusive of gas, electricity and water charges and have Broadband connection usage included in most cases.

They have a good standard of decoration and furnishing and nearly all are double glazed. Every property is gas centrally heated and conforms to all the current safety regulations and quality as set down by Plymouth University Accommodation Office requirements and the Housing Act. Larger properties also conform to Plymouth City Council Licensing requirements and are certificated as required by Law.
