Our friendly staff are here to help our students and to deal with any queries which may arise during the tenancy. Any maintenance problems are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible and there is a recording system in place monitoring and handling these reports.

Our Student Shared Properties have a good standard of decoration and furnishing. Nearly all are double glazed and every property is gas centrally heated and conforms to all the current safety regulations and quality as set down by Plymouth University Accommodation Office requirements
and the current Housing Act. Larger properties also conform to Plymouth City Council Licensing and are certificated as required by Law.
